It’s become one of Europe’s hottest destinations & is often the first or last stop for many visitors sailing around the Croatian islands. Luckily, Dubrovnik’s charms are easy to find. The old city is small & compact meaning that spending just one day here before or after a tour, our just coming for the weekend, is plenty of time to see the sights & soak up the atmosphere.

Due to it’s proximity to Whistler & the Rockies, when people typically ask “how long should I spend in Vancouver?” often the answer includes time heading out to those places. Of course no trip to Vancouver would be complete without also venturing to those places, but how long do you need to dedicate to the city of Vancouver itself? What do you do if it rains? (which it almost definitely will!).

You’ll want to dedicate almost an entire day to exploring the interiors of the main sights such as Basilica San Marco, the Doge’s Palace and seeing Venice from the water.
